Colombia Tolima

Atop a mountain peak in the Andes, among a sanctuary for more than 300 bird species and the native Spectacled Bear, you will find the producers in Cordillera de Calarma. As the main source of income, this specialty coffee is harvested by hand, de-pulped and fermented for 18 to 48 hours, and sun-dried across the roofs of their homes and farm buildings.
